 It has been Awhile since I've done anything on here Review wise, and I figured Since I got this new product, I'd give you all a little run down of it.

A little back story

I was working on my Youtube channel for a little while ( roughly 6-7 months), and I was on twitter and I had gotten a follow from this company called Jarvis cosmetics. They had liked a post of mine, and I inquired if they had any products that they needed testing, and they said at that time they were just starting on their products, and have not put any finishing touches on it. They assured me that since I was so nice to inquire about their products, that when they were finished, that they would send me out some so I could do a review on them. So here we are now, nearly a year later.

So lets get into this "review"

Jarvis Cosmetics is not a medicine - it is a serum and cream that was developed to improve your skin’s immune system. Our product contains about 90% Natural Korean Medicine. It contains herbs that were used by members of the Korean Royal Family back in ancient times. These herbs have been proven to be effective for more than 5000 years. The essence of the herbs are extracted and put through a process of fermentation which increases their effectiveness by 1000%. Our product clearly shows that the TKM theory is effective in improving the skin’s immune system. Our clinical trials have shown that 98% of the people who suffer from bacterial skin infection were very pleased with the results of our products. Now that we have a bit of information on Jarvis Cosmetics, Let me give you some information about what TKM is, I had to ask Jarvis cosmetics for a list of all of their ingredients, because I know as a reviewer, and someone that purchases products, that there are tons of skin allergies out there. So for all of you, I wanted to make sure that you knew what was actually in the product before you spend your money on it.

TKM - Traditional Korean Medicine which is more than a thousand-year-old practice has a unique approach on treatment of disease. It has a philosophy that is based on holistic approach of keeping the mind and body healthy by balancing both the internal and external environment.

When the mind and body are in harmony health and wellness follows on its own. 

Their list of ingredients - 

Hyaluronic acid - 0.3%

Traditional Medicinal herb water - 63%                                           

Citric acid ( preventives) - 0.2%

pantanal - 1%

MSM - 1%

Glycrine - 1%

baobab oil ( emollient) - 1.5%

aloe vera - 9%

glycerin ( emollient) - 14%

Sy:3 ( preventives ) - 2%

72h Moisture ( humectant) - 1%

leucidal Acid - 2%

essential oil - 1%

Wheat protein ( protectant ) - 3%

along with 

* Fructus, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, Cinnamon, Scutellariae radix Coptidis rhizoma, Honeysuckle, Saruri herba, Saururi herba, Rhizome, Ulmus davidiana var. japonica Rhizome, Cortex dictamni radicis, Scutellariae radix, Rheum palmatum Linn, Radix curcumae,Tribuli tructus, Chrysanthemum Angelicae gigantis radix

  Their claim is that there is less water in their product than most other brands, which is roughly around 75% distilled water. They also claim that *Although there are numerous drugs and treatments available for a number of skin diseases the number of patients suffering from skin ailments are at a rise, which signifies the urgent need of a more effective treatment method. Researchers at the Jarvis Cosmetics Inc. found out that a compromise in the functionality of the skin, which allows invasion of microbes, is the major cause of most skin diseases. The invading microbes are attacked by the cells of our immune system which causes certain signs like inflammation, redness and itching sensation to the skin. Sometimes, the immune response can be so severe that the site of infection remains as a scar. The infection of microorganisms and the response of the immune cells can happen in any part of the body leading to skin disorders. The cause of most skin infection is therefore, due to weakened immune system that are not able to defend the infectious microbes. Unbalanced blood circulation is one factor that promotes a weakened immune system.* ( found on their site as well) 

 Now that I've given you more information than what you know what to do with.

 Lets get into what I think of this product.

Let me start with the packaging. When I had Received this, it came in a beautiful box, >> If you wish to see the packaging. <<  they are all each individually packaged in a box, with minimal information on it. Jarvis Cosmetics, says they will be revamping their packaging before their launch date. The packaging inside is made of a bamboo casing, with a plastic inner layer, and then inside is the product. 

The Cream has a twist off cap, and small plastic liner so that bacteria can't get in. Although its not the safest packaging for the cream, its still pretty nice. The cream gives my skin a more rejuvenated feel, like a more bouncy, and just an all around better feel. But I don't like the packaging of it, the little plastic bit, thats supposed to help keep bacteria out, doesn't really help, since you have to put your fingers into the product, which in any case, just puts bacteria into the product itself.  I would suggest a squeeze tube or a lotion type tubing, for the cream. but that's just me.

The serum has a pump, and is very nice. probably my favorite of the two. It does feel pretty nice on the face, the smell isn't my favorite, but it does leave me feeling like I have actually put something on my face that is making my skin have a healthier look and feel. I apply this at night and leave it on all night, and in the morning my skin feels so smooth, but I would not use this as an all day thing, because it does make you look very oily. The serum alone is worth it, for the way that it makes my skin feel. 

Jarvis cosmetics, also recommends that you use these products 2 times a day. which I find really hard to do, because I don't have a morning routine. I usually get out of bed, wash my face and get the kids ready for the day, so I have yet to do the whole 2 times a day thing.  But the night time only routine works pretty well. I cant say that I've noticed a HUGE difference in my skin care, but what I can say is that adding this to my routine has perfected my routine in more ways than just one.
